<B>Rolling Stones Manning Bowl Concert Handbill (Hubbub Productions, 1966).</B></I> The Stones began their 1966 North American tour with this performance, at a High School football stadium in Lynn, Massachusetts. It was pouring rain the entire day. Opening acts included the McCoys ("Hang On Sloopy) and the Standells ("Dirty Water"). Keith Richards remembered the event fondly. "We kept dry, but the kids just kept sloshing around, mucking about. They just kept it going. It was great." The concert marked the live debut of "Paint It Black."
