Five signed notes and postcards by Greil Marcus, sent to friend and colleague Tony Glover. Marcus mostly hand-writes brief notes—"for your pleasure," "thought you would like to see this," "We're coming to Minnesota & may go to Hibbing"—but the typed postcard offers the most interesting tidbit: "I sent your Boggs piece on to the label. I asked them about H. Frank. I'm glad you liked my Dylan talk. It was the first time I'd met him. He turned red when Jenny mentioned her aunt had been to his Bar Mitzvah." Also includes a handwritten note by Rolling Stone co-founder Jann Wenner, and a softcover edition of Feel Like Going Home: Portraits in Blues & Rock 'n' Roll, signed and inscribed inside by the author, "To Tony, with thanks from a fellow fan of the music, Peter M. Guralnick." In overall fine condition.
