This Rolex women’s watch, ref. 8493, was made in Switzerland around 1945. The watch is fitted with a manual wind movement Rolex calibre with 17 jewels and displays hour and minute. The silver dial shows black hands. The watch case, strap and clasp are made of 18K white gold. The watch case and strap are set with diamonds. The watch case cover is hallmarked.
