Baseball Hall of Famer (1873-1960). Vintage matte-finish 3.5 x 5.5 postcard photo of Wallace in a batting stance for the St. Louis Browns, signed in fountain pen “Roderick J. Wallace.” A George Brace photography stamping appears on the reverse. In fine condition, with a crease to the lower left corner and a few surface marks. Wallace played for 24 seasons, and still holds the record for the longest career by a player who never played in a World Series.
