To the unaided eye, this piece appears to be in very good condition. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals minor inconsistencies in the varnish. There are three minor abrasions in the sky resulting in minimal paint loss. The piece is framed in an ornate dark antiqued gold frame with a dark antiqued gold liner and a dark stained wooden fillet. The frame is also in very good condition. Verso: [sticker affixed to backing] J.R.
