Letter reads, in part: “Sir Robert Peel begs leave to acknowledge the Receipt of Mr. Merac’s Letter of extract from the Tables which Mr. Merac proposes to publish.” In very good condition, with moderate intersecting mailing folds, one through a single letter of signature, and scattered soiling.
