DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, February 18, 1972. Customs declaration for free entry of works of art, with Indiana claiming ownership of drawings produced by him in New York. The artist has filled out part of the upper portion, and boldly signing at the conclusion in red ink. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, scattered wrinkling and creasing, and collector’s notations along top edge.
