<B>Robert Crumb - Robert Johnson Hellhound On My Trail Serigraph Print, 171/220 (Wildwood Serigraphs, 1996).</B></I> Robert Johnson was the bluesman's bluesman, the most famous of all the Delta blues players. His vocal phrasing, original songs, and guitar style influenced many generations of players, and many consider him to be the Grandfather of Rock and Roll. Only two photographs of Johnson are known to exist; one of which was the model for this haunting portrait by Robert Crumb. This serigraph was the first pressing of this image; it has an image area of 14" x 18.5", and features 20 screens of color on 22" x 30" Rives BFK cream 280 gram weight 100% cotton archival paper. It has been signed and numbered by Crumb in pencil, and is in Excellent condition.
