These are the descriptors of our natural world found everywhere in nature, that I aspired to in creating this painting.
: "Driving up the Northern California coast after a long Friday workday, I would often see the moon out over the Pacific Ocean looking very large and with a shimmering reflection in the water. All creatures can be captivated by this scene and many animals are sensitive to moon cycles. We all look to otherworldly "sights" for inspiration and energy as these bears are doing here. The owl is from the Owl and the Pussycat story by Edward Lear, whose home (now a hotel) I used to stay in when visiting London. I spent many happy hours creating this new piece and consider it one of my finest. Total Sales Price
The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a 23% buyer's premium. Framing for unframed artwork, packing, shipping, and insurance is extra.

If a purchase arrives and it is defective or damaged, you will get a full refund or replacement item with a similar value of your choice if the oversight was ours. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives.
Returns
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, return or approve a refund. However, in the case of a return, the Buyer's Premium and Shipping Cost will not be refunded.
Payment Due
A seller will contact the Buyer within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and must be done by the Buyer no later than 7 days after an invoice is received. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. Any item that has not been paid within 7 days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau.

Right to refuse sale
We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece.
