<B>Ripley, OH</B></I> - $20 1882 Brown Back Fr. 494 <B>The Citizens NB</B></I> Ch. # 3291<BR> This bank is known for its incredibly nice $20 Brown Backs, and the Flynn collection example has to rank as one of the very finest of these we have ever seen or handled. It's a well centered and flamingly original specimen which, with a hair larger top margin on the reverse would have merited a 68 grade rather than the <B>Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ </B></I>grade it actually received from PMG. So few of these have been graded in 66 or better (11 to date at PMG after three years in business) that values are somewhat hypothetical, but our best guess is something in the range of...<BR><I>From The Thomas M.
