<td width="100%">
A beautiful bi-color gold ring with almost a karat of rubies and diamond chips "cut" to look like marcacites. This is only an approximation of the karat weight on the rubies as the jeweler measured them "in place", as I did not want to take them out of their settings to get a more accurate measure. There are european marks inside the ring. There is the 750 in a cartouche that represents the 18KT gold content. Then there is a mark I can not identify. It could be a style number. It is *84 FI in a cartouche. (The star is larger in the mark.) The rubies have a slight violet hue to them, which could mean they are from Africa(?Burma). Unless you take them to a certified gemologist, it is impossible to know for sure. The 2 largest diamonds are cut with 3 flat facets on the top. The smallest one has only 1 or 2. They look more like marcacites than diamonds, but test as diamonds. The ring is in very good condition. It is approx. a size 7 1/4. The shipping fees quoted are for priority/Insured in USA.
