In part: “I am always especially glad to receive letters from young Americans who are interested in their government. You asked me to send you an autographed picture for your collection, and I am happy to enclose one.” In fine condition, with a single tack hole to each corner tip and a bit of scattered light soiling. The aforementioned photo is not included.
