Putnam's Sons, 1938), third impression, 296 pages, dark blue cloth with light blue lettering on the spine and front board, 8vo (5.5" x 8.25"), no dust jacket, clear plastic protective sleeve on boards, housed in a blue quarter leather slipcase with marbled boards and gilt titles & five raised bands on the spine. Signed "<I>R E Byrd</B></I>" on the front free endpaper. The book is in very good condition, with the boards moderately soiled, spine shelf-cocked, and minor shelf wear. The textblock is clean and tight.
