With a one page Typed Letter Signed by the author tipped-in vertically between the front free endpaper and the half-title page. Octavo. 429 pages.<BR><BR>Publisher's original beige boards and matching cloth backstrip with titles in gilt on the spine. Light shelf wear with some soiling to the edges. Text block ever-so-slightly skewed. Internal contents clean and tight. Dust jacket moderately soiled.
