<B>Rhode Island May 1786 Double Sheet of Eight.</B></I> This sheet has split into a six note and a two note section. Altogether, there are two notes each of the 1s, 6d, 2s6d, and 9d. All eight notes are well signed by two signers as was stipulated by law. The edges show handling and splits with a few tears reaching the notes themselves. The separated 2s6d and 9d notes and the still attached 1s and 6d notes also show aging. The other four notes are much brighter.
