Items 1-399 can be picked up in Los Angeles area after payment has been made in full. This includes full amount bid, 18% buyer's premium and sales tax directly to Joe Tadlock Auctioneers. There are NO additional shipping/handling charges if items 1-399 are picked up. Large items must be picked up or delivery arranged by purchaser. Shipping charges for smaller items will be USPS standard rates plus $4.00 materials and handling per package shipped. Purchaser is welcome to arrange for their own shipping if preferred.

Buyer agrees to pay the actual expenses incurred by Joe Tadlock Auctioneer or Seller in the enforcement of this agreement or defense of any claim
