<B>Undated 10C Roosevelt Dime--Reverse Half of Outer Clad Layer--MS63 NGC.</B></I> 0.37 gm. Apparently the clad strip layers were improperly bonded, since the outer reverse clad layer cleanly separated from the copper core during or after the strike. The "obverse" has an incused mirror image of the reverse, which appears normal. The right reverse border has a knife rim.<BR><BR><B>Coin Engraver:</B> John R.
