Residual Salvage Rights
This lot is only for those who are able to visit the house after the primary salvage has been completed, and are then prepared to make several trips to Syracuse to remove the remaining items of interest. In addition, it is not certain exactly what items will be available for salvage as the ultimate disposition of the building has not yet been determined. After the principle salvage has been sold and removed, there will still be some good material left that includes all plain but usable windows and doors, attic flooring and sheathing, kitchen cupboards, etc. The salvageable material may also include the slate roof, the brick garage, the stone foundation and the fancy hardwood floors. Perhaps the best material is under the aluminum siding that appears to have just been put on around all the old fancy trim. Visit webwilson dotcom to see photos of the original house in 1884 and other pictures of the residual items. All bidders on this lot need to contact web Wilson to discuss their qualifications for removing the material and to discuss the necessary waiver of responsibility insurance questions. Call 800-508-0022 for more information. Please not that bidders on this lot are in reality bidding on an open contract that may or may not include the items mentioned here. Consequently, the high bidder is actually buying a futures contract that will need considerable negotiation after the bidding has closed. All salvage work will have to be accomplished within a time frame set by the owners, and so bidders on this lot will be looking at a number of unknown variables that may or may not result in a profitable enterprise. The bottom line is that there is enough material to justify strong bids by qualified parties, but only serious and experienced salvage folks should be bidding here. The seller reserves the right to qualify all bidders, to make the final determination on what items are ultimately included, to make set rules and timeframes for removing all the salvageable material. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE MATERIAL IN THIS LOT. PLEASE CONTACT THE AUCTIONEER BEFORE THE JULY 24 CLOSE TO DISCUSS THE DETAILS AND TO SEE MORE PICTURES.

Special Considerations for Architectural Lots
In some cases the buyer of an architectural lot is responsible for removing the material from the building. Read each description carefully to see which lots fall into this category. Before any winning bidder is allowed to remove material from the building they must:
1. Contact the auctioneer at 800-508-0022 or hww@webwilson.com
2. Discuss with the auctioneer their competency for removing architectural salvage, and present a plan for safe and timely removal.
3. Sign a waiver of liability with the auctioneer and the owner of the building.
4. Complete the removal of the material according to the agreed schedule and salvage plan.
5. Make full payment for all winning lots before any material is removed from the building.
