Extremely fine, Exceedingly rare.

A series of coins featuring the theme "UNITY IN DIVERSITY" were issued by the RBI between 2004 and 2007. In 2005, 2006, and 2007, the 10 rupee coin went into general circulation. The design of the 10 rupee coins is intended to resemble the four-dot PLUS symbol. "4 heads sharing a common body" was the meaning, Mint Authorities said. These coins are often called "cross coins" because they looked like a Christian cross. The RBI stopped making coins with this design in 2007 due to the public's strong opposition to the issue of these Christian Cross coins.

As per the cataloguer, this is the only known specimen.
