<tr>
<td><em>
This elegant solid walnut gentleman's dresser is a superbly constructed example of the Renaissance era in American furniture.</em></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td width="100%">
Pedestal mirror and frame are complex and flowing. Drawer fronts are raised burl, carried onto handkerchief drawers. Detailing is consistent throughout. Square nail construction is heavy and solid, no veneer. Dovetailed joints are tight. Original finish does not obscure the natural beauty of the walnut case. Finish condition is very good; minor disturbance on top surface only, not justifying departure from this all-original piece. Just lemon oil will keep this outstanding bureau well preserved for that special man.
