Remington model 1890 single action revolver, 7-1/2" barrel, .44-40 caliber, nickel finish, hardrubber grips, serial #99. The revolver shows approx. 60-80% original nickel finish that has gone to satin patina and is unpolished anduncleaned. The areas where the nickel has peeled are a natural grey metal with some erosion and pinprick pitting just starting. The markings are sharp, the edges fairly crisp, the front sight has been reduced slightly. The grips are very goodplus, showing just some slight toning and wear. The revolver shows short Remington address, .44 CFW markings on left side of frame and lanyard ring in butt. There are some dings and marks but generally very good overall with tight action andfair to good bore. A nice frontier Remington revolver. Est: $4,000 - $8,000
