Remington model 1890, .44-40 caliber single action revolver, patina finish, hardrubber grips, factory 5-3/4" barrel, serial #1027. The metal surfaces show a grey patina finish with faint traces of blue in protected areas, scattered light to moderate erosion and pinprick pitting, some slightly heavier pitting at the rear and top right side of frame. The barrel address is sharp, the original German silver front sight is trimmed just slightly. The grips are good with some even wearto the checkering. The lanyard ring has been reduced to a plug in the butt. The action is good, the bore is fair. Est: $2,500 - $5,000
