Buyers will not take possession of their purchase at the Las Vegas Auction address. Transfer of ownership will be facilitated at Las Vegas Auction's authorized FFL agent's physical address.
OUT OF STATE PURCHASES ARE ALLOWED: Our authorized FFL agent will ship to the dealer of your choice and where acceptable by law. Out of state purchases will incur a $25 transfer fee per firearm per purchased along with applicable shipping fees, which are $30 for the first firearm and $5 for each additional. Contact our FFL agent to arrange for the transfer to your dealer.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
• You must be at least 18 years old in order to place a bid
REGISTERED BIDDER / AUCTION DEPOSIT:
• Bidders are required to make a $100 refundable deposit at the registration window in the front office before bidding. Deposits are refunded if no purchase is made, otherwise it will be applied to the bidders invoice.
• If you use a credit card to make your deposit, it will be pre-authorized for $100.
• There will be a 10% Buyers Premium and State Sales tax added to your purchases.
• Deposits for individuals who do not pay for their auction purchases will not be refunded, and the non-paying customers will not be able to return to the auction until cleared by management.
ONSITE PREVIEW:
• Guns will only be available for preview for one day preceding the auction and for one hour before the auction starts.
ONLINE PREVIEW / BIDDING:
• Online preview is available at www.lvauction.com.
• Online pre-bidding is usually available 24-48 hours prior to the start of the auction.
• Customers who purchase guns online will need to provide an agent close to their location to handle any FFL requirements. Guns will only be shipped from one licensed FFL agent to another.
• Before online customers will be authorized to bid, their credit card on file will be charged $100. This $100 will be refunded to the card on file if no purchases are made, otherwise the charge will be credited toward any purchases.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
• There are no returns or exchanges. All guns are sold as is with all faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description and photography. Las Vegas Auction, their agent, and the auctioneer are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description or photography provided. Verifying the condition and description of the gun is the sole responsibility of the bidder prior to placing any bids.
INTERNET BIDS.
• Las Vegas Auction provides two venues for placing bids online: Proxy or Pre bidding in which offers are made before the auction and the house bids in your behalf until a your offer is met, and Live bidding in which online bidders may listen to our auction live and place bids real time. In the case of each, the internet "ringman" will provide audio and visual cues to alert for incoming bids via these venues.
INTERNET SALES.
• All internet sales are charged immediately to the card on file at the close of the auction.
• If the charge does not go through internet customers will be notified and given an opportunity to provide an alternative method of payment.
• Internet customers will only be allowed till the close of business on the Monday following the auction to make full payment on the items they purchased.
• Guns purchased on the internet will not be shipped directly to a customer, all transactions must be through authorized FFL agents. You will need to provide our agent with your agent's contact information.
TERMS OF SALE:
• Payment for purchases must be made by cash, certified check, or credit card (Visa MasterCard, & Discover) on the day of the sale.
• All purchases are to be paid in full on the day of the auction.
• Buyers will be presented with an authenticated invoice with which they will be able to pick up their purchase at Las Vegas Auction's authorized gun agent.
REMOVAL:
• Buyers must have an authorized original invoice from Las Vegas Auction to take possession of their purchase.
• Buyers will not take possession of their purchase at the Las Vegas Auction address. Transfer of ownership will be facilitated at Las Vegas Auction's authorized FFL agent's physical address.
• Bargain Pawn located at 1901 Las Vegas Blvd, N. Las Vegas, (702)399-9950, is Las Vegas Auction's authorized FFL agent.
• BACKGROUND CHECK: Buyers must pay a one-time $25 background check fee before receiving their gun. Passing the background check is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If buyer fails the background check any payments or deposits made on their purchases will not be refunded.
• TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: Bargain Pawn will charge $25.00 PER FIREARM to transfer ownership.
• OUT OF STATE PURCHASES ARE ALLOWED: Bargain Pawn will ship to the dealer of your choice and where acceptable by law. Out of state purchases will still incur the $25 transfer fee per firearm along with applicable shipping fees, which are $30 for the first firearm and $5 for each additional. Contact Bargain Pawn to arrange for the transfer to your dealer.
• FEES: All fees imposed by Bargain Pawn to the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DISPUTES BETWEEN BIDDERS OR WITH AUCTIONEER:
• The Auctioneer will designate the purchaser of each item at the close of the bidding. His decision is final. The Auctioneer reserves the right to re-open bidding on any lots at his discretion and can do so for any reason.
CHILDREN:
• No unattended children will be permitted for the term on the gun auction.
PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS:
• Leave them home.
INJURY AND DAMAGE:
• Bidders and consignors acknowledge they are fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by themselves or their agents and agrees to hold harmless Las Vegas Auction and auctioneer.
