Remington-Lee Model 1882 Army rifle, .45-70 cal., 32" round barrel, blued finish, cartouched stock, serial #9630. The rifle shows strong traces of blue within a browning patina, perhaps as much as 20% blue mixedin. The frame shows a browned patina with some scattered light to moderate pitting and erosion. The stock is good with DFC cartouche on right side of butt near butt plate; some minor scratches, mars and a small area of smoothing where a chip was lost at the top edge just beneath the address on the action, extends about 2" x 1/4". Original ramrod is retained, shows DFC inspections, action good, bore slightly rough but mayclean. Est.: $1,500-$3,000

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
