Remington-Beals 1st Model Pocket revolver, .31 cal., 3” octagon barrel, blue finish, gutta percha grips, #607 in overall good condition showing scattered old cold blue, good markings, dark bore, good action and grips; accompanied with a periodwood partitioned and lined casing containing a brass bullet mold; casing shows old inked name and date which appears to be: “T. H. Tuyman, Versaille, Ky. 1852”; Remington’s first revolver and introduced with the expiration of Sam Colt’smaster patent in 1857 per Flayderman’s. Est.: $300-$600.
