Introduced in 1936, this rifle was later upgraded by R. Krieger & Sons during the 40s or 50s by turning the original fixed magazine into a detachable one. Blade front sight, with a hexagonal block in the rear position and standard 2-line barrel markings. A Redfield peep sight has been mounted on the rear of the receiver, with a Lyman Alaskan All-Weather scope in Griffin & Howe mounts on the right side and the magazine catch installed on the underside of the trigger guard. Smooth pistol grip stock with beavertail forearm, sling swivels, and a checkered flat buttplate. With original Krieger instructions.
