The lot features a set of original work of art bronze book ends by artist, Sandy Scott. The pieces are titled, "Remembering Will James" and are hand signed, dated 1995 and limited edition numbered (matching) 45/100. The book ends are matching and sit on a walnut plaque. Each is signed as shown. Sandy Scott was born in Dubuque, Iowa in 1943 and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she is now headquartered in Lander, Wyoming. Will James (1892-1942) was one of the greatest artist and writer of the American West. These were sold at Montana Trails Gallery in Bozeman for nearly $3,000 in the 1990's. This edition is sold out and very hard to come by. Each measures 10.5"W x 5.75"D x 12"H. The book ends sell as a complete set of two. Books NOT INCLUDED.
