This is a beautiful etching, after Rembrandt, by master engraver Amand Durand. Titled "Self Portrait with Saskia" (year of original 1636). Signed in the plate. Measurements: image size is 4" x 3.5" on 11" x 10" Somerset paper. Comes with a certificate of authenticity. Ref. #19 according to the British Catalogue, circa 1797, is a hand pulled-ETCHING from the AUTHENTIC & Original copper Rembrandt plates by Armand-Durand (1831-1905) overseen by Art World Industries, inc. This piece is in excellent condition, and has never been framed.
