This is a beautiful etching, after Rembrandt, by master engraver Amand Durand. Titled "Clump of Trees with a Vista" (year of original 1652). Signed in the plate. Measurements: image size is 5" x 8-1/4" on 11" x 15" Somerset paper. Comes with a certificate of authenticity. Ref. #222 according to the British Catalogue, circa 1797, is a hand pulled-ETCHING from the AUTHENTIC & Original copper Rembrandt plates by Armand-Durand (1831-1905) overseen by Art World Industries, inc. This piece is in excellent condition, and has never been framed.
