This internal manual was issued by Morton Thiokol in November 1987 after the Challenger disaster. An introductory page reads, in part: “The 51-L (Challenger) accident has led to a massive effort to critically re-evaluate, study, and test every component and every aspect of the Space Shuttle program.” In fine condition.
