<B>Reddish Egret Audubon Royal Octavo Print.</B></I> Plate number 371 features the Reddish Egret. An adult with its full white spring plumage is shown next to a young adult with a greyer tone. Both are standing in a rather dark marshy area, and the young adult looks larger than the adult. Four pages of text from Audubon's exhaustive edition accompany this lot. The print is oriented horizontally and the holes from being disbound are on the right edge. A very clean example.
