If you've been following our weekly auctions, you've seen these bizarre bondage covers from the house of Chesler sell for multiples of Guide in many cases. This effort not only has the infamous hypodermic needle motif, it's drawn by Paul Gattuso, whose style you might recognize from the infamous "children told me what the man was going to do with the red-hot poker" panel he drew for another book. Highly collectible stuff, and this is the only unrestored copy of the issue yet certified. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $222; VF 8.0 value = $463.
