Included in this lot we have a Wolf Pogzeba framed etching titled "Red Man's West" originating from 1966. The etching features a Native American teepee village with a line of dancers leading out of the village. The etching shows excellent attention to detail and a impressionistic style. The piece is signed in the bottom right hand side reading "Wolf Pogzeba/66" with the left side marked "189/199 Exclusively for the Red Man's West". The piece is set into a custom wood frame with a off-white border around the etching. Provenance: From the renowned Sundog Fine Art Bozeman, Montana collection and collected by Bruce VanLandingham. Bruce VanLandingham was a pillar in the American Indian collecting community and a respected expert. Along with being an avid collector Bruce also was the sole owner of Sundog Fine Art Gallery in Bozeman which was both part museum and gallery. the piece sows good condition overall with some wear across the frame and a protective film across the glass. The frame measures 20 1/4" wide by 17 7/8" tall with the art measuring 12 1/4" wide by 9 3/4" tall.
