In part; “The petition of Rebecca Cummings respectfully represents to your Honl Court that—George A. Dennett…departed this life…sometime in the present month…without leaving any will or testament, as your petitioner knows of the deceased left some property belonging to said estate consisting of some debts due…Now therefore your petitioner prays that she may be approved Administrix to said estate.” Reverse bears four endorsements of various officials forwarding the petition.
