Rare pre 1955 Sheridan (Wyoming) Beer Ephemera
Offered in this lot is a collection of pre-1955 New Old Stock labels, a promotional Leather covered note book, and a napkin and coaster from Sheridan Beer, Sheridan Wyoming. Peter Demple, along with his close friends, George Paul and Arnold Tschirgi, moved to Sheridan Wyoming with the aim of starting a brewery with fresh water off the mountains. To this day, the reason why they picked Sheridan is a mystery. The brewery and the three friends are said to be what made Sheridan a successful town. Sheridan Brewery was the first to put beer in "Flat Top" cans. Sheridan brewery shut down in 1955, twenty three years after P. Demple's death, but in 2017 his grandchildren brought the brewery back to life. These items are in very good condition.
