Rare antique single-loop holster for Colt single action army revolver, 4-3/4” barrel, marked “Arizona Saddelry Company, Prescott, AZ”. The holster is in good to very good condition and shows two punch holes at bottom of skirt for tie-down. The border is nicely tooled and stitched. The holster bears a great similarity to Wyoming holsters of the 19th century, and research indicates that Frank Olzer, owner of Arizona Saddelry, worked in Gillette, Wyoming, before the turn of the century. He was considered the finest saddle maker of the west during his career, and this is the only Single Action holster we have ever viewed marked with this maker’sname. Est: $1,000 - $2,000
