Rare all-brass double-action pinfire revolver in original to the period cigar type case. The revolver measures approx. 5” overall with 1-7/8” barrel, 5.5mm 6-shot pinfire. Double-action only, serial #3 on trigger. The pistol shows no maker’s marks, just Belgian proofs and is in very good condition with light engraving, a good deep patina. The hammer shows some fire blue as do the small parts, the checkered hardwood grips are stained dark and may be ebony. The condition is very good plus to near fine overall. The revolver is contained within its original to the period purple velveteen and satin lined case. The case is in very good to near fine condition with just some slight compressions, minor fraying and aging, small losses. The case has an additional compartment in the lid for eyeglasses and bank notes. The case is brass reinforced and shows a woven material or fabric cover, which is in good condition with just some normal aging and fading. An unusual pinfire in its original case. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
