Measuring 16 3/4" long when prepped to fire, with a brass dust/ water cover, a 13" long hooked rod attached to a sliding triangular block and "WILLIAMS & WORTH" stamped on the right side of the frame. A piece of bait is hung from the hook, and when the animal pulls on it, the block is pulled forward, pushing the cocking knob off of its rest and striking the in-line nipple to fire the weapon directly into the animal's head. Mounted on a solid brass base, 6" long and 3" tall, with a tightening screw on the hinge, a threaded rod for elevation adjustment, and a set of 4 holes for securing the base.
