Lot of 8: 1) Private mailing card celebrating the Comstock Mining Jubilee of 1906. The card is blank and in very good condition. 2) Constitution and By-Laws of the Virginia City Miners' union No. 46, published in 1906. This 24 page booklet is in excellent condition. 3) A book about the Comstock town of Como, written by Davis F. Myrick. The 27-page story tells of the towns beginnings and it place in Comstock history. It appears re-bound, but is in very good condition. 4) Engineering maps, charts and tables from the United Comstock Mines Company. Dated June 1, 1923, the manila folder bound report, shows shaft routes, as well as shaft designs and diagrams. While the folder is slightly frayed, the contents is in pristine condition. 5) The Mystery of the Savage Sump, is a small eleven page soft bound book telling a story that occurred on the Comstock during the silver boom. The piece is in excellent condition. 6) The centennial edition of the Territorial Enterprise mailing envelope from 1958 that falsely proclaims that Mark twin used to be the editor. Also three copies of The Nevada Mining Press from the 1920s. 7) An unpublished manuscript, written by Jerome J. Quinlan, titled "As I Remember Them" that tells of various personalities the author met in Virginia City. The stapled piece has slight age discoloration. 8) Hard Bound copy of "Tales of The Sierras' by J.W. Hayes, n anthology published in 1900. Binding is detached but pages are still intact. -58870
