Made by Savage Arms in Utica, New York in 1940. Blued 26" Sterlingworth Compressed steel barrels with matted rib, bead sight, and extractors in 12 gauge with cylinder and modified chokes and 2-3/4" chambers. Case-hardened frame marked "Fox Sterlingworth" with automatic safety and double triggers. Factory checkered walnut pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap and butt plate. Gun has matching forearm with friction release. LOP: 14-1/4". DAC: 1-1/2". DAH: 2-1/4". CALIBER: 12 GA. S/N: 160638. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.

90% original blue with wear on handling areas. 95% original vivid case colors with wear on carry area. 90% original varnish with sharp checkering and small handling dings and nicks. Excellent bore and mechanics.
