Postal Cover, 1 Anna, 1866, Queen Victoria, letter folded as cover, dispatched from Cannanore to Madras, addressed to “?? | Sec In Medical Fund | Fort | Madras”, Tyoe 9 (ref: Bhargave & Chandak) cancellation with a round dispatch seal in black as “21 | 5 | 1866” on the front, along with black round seal with a diamond and a small square inside having “85” signifying Cannanore, and a round delivery seal in red on the back side as “G. P. O. | MADRAS | MY 24 | 1866 | ??”, also has some collector’s notes in pencil, good condition, Rare.
Note: Small hand endorsed text "86" visible on the “85” of seal.
