Heavy-duty steel ballot transfer case used in Palm Beach County, in the fateful 2000 Presidential election. Steel box includes six step ballot handling procedure and unused ballot count chart. Each case was sealed with a wire that was placed through the cover latch before transfer. Another label on top of the case dictates the sealing procedure to prevent vote tampering. Each case also has a unique three digit serial number. Amazing piece of election history. Near fine.
