<B>Rare Lincoln Second Inauguration Stevengraph Silk Bookmark.</B></I> This handsome 2" x 8.25" silk woven ribbon is signed on the back at the bottom "T. Stevens / Coventry, England" making it a very early example of a Stevengraph (sometimes called Stevensgraph) bookmark. More commonly seen is a similar design that was issued just after Lincoln's assassination in April 1865. The design is in black, blue, and red and includes a bearded oval portrait of Lincoln, the American eagle, and crossed flags. Condition is generally excellent with only a tiny bit of aging.
