Binny & Co. | Madras”, sent from “S. J. Tirrumal”, 3 red wax seals marked to protect the confidentiality, hand endorsed registration mark recorded as “Stamped and Registered” and a rectangular registration mark as “R | TELLICHERRY”, delivery seal as “FIRST DELY | MADRAS | 29 OCT. 88,”, in pink & red there is hand endorsed text probably the Collector’s or Postmaster’s remarks, good condition, Rare.
