First Flight Cover, Air Mail, King George V, 1929, 2 Annas & 1 AnnaStamps, “AIR MAIL KARACHI – DELHI First Flight”, Flightpictorial cancellation in rectangular seal cited as “AIR MAIL | KARACHI – DELHI | FIRST FLIGHT”, an autograph of “Stephen A Smith” at the back of the cover. Dispatched from Karachi to Calcutta, cancellation seal as “28 DEC 29 | 5 P.M. | KARACHI” and delivery seal “CALCUTTA. G.P.O. | 7- HRS | 2 JAN | 19 30 | DELIVERY”, Calcutta arrival seal cited as “PARK STEET | DELY | 2 JAN. 30 | 9.30 A.M. | CALCUTTA”. The slogan printed on the front of the cover reads “INDIA WORLD FLIERS HALF-WAY HOUSE”, the coloured British flag is printed at the center with the view of the house and a woman, excellent condition, Rare.
