Fredericks, C/o. The Postmaster G.P.O. Madras 1.”, and printed on the top of the cover as “INDIA – STAMP CENTENARY – 1854-1954”, good condition, Rare.

Note: This is a very interesting cover prepared by an enthusiast with collection of photos of special stamps gathered and pasted on a private cover and cancelled with India Postage Stamp Centenary cancellation.
