Bolaffi is very pleased to announce its auction of very rare and important coins and papermoney, on 28 May at its headquarters in Turin, Italy.
449 lots of coins, papermoney, numismatic literature and medals will be sold.
The first 109 lots include mainly Roman Imperial Coins, of Italian and European area. The protagonist of this auction is the chapter dedicated to banknotes: among the 83 lots, lots n. 125, 129, 131 stand out, being the rare banknotes of the Banco di Sicilia and kept in an exceptional condition.
A very wide chapter is then dedicated to medals, and in particular to the ones of the Stato Pontificio, the Piedmont’s region and the numismatic literature.
The auction will be concluded with some big lots, that offer always surprises and interesting occasions.
