Rare Beatles Program, Sept. 1964, Milwaukee
Rare Beatles Program, 1964 Performance in Milwaukee. In 1964, on their first US tour, the Beatles made a stop in Milwaukee on September 4, drawing record crowds and further stoking the Beatles' popularity. The tour was a whirlwind: the Boys performed in Indianapolis the day before and would perform in Chicago immediately following the Milwaukee show. This ultra-rare item is the first Heritage has ever seen from this Milwaukee performance. The 6.25" x 9.25" program is full of fascinating details, including adverts for Pete Seeger and Bob Dylan performances, and a full page fan on inner cover promoting the 1964-65 4th Annual Folk Music Series. The show's opening acts included The Righteous Brothers, Jackie DeShannon, The Exiters, and The Bill Black Combo. Though there are areas of tape staining en verso and a minor center fold, this hard to find program is in overall Very Good condition.

Shipping: Flat Material, Small (view shipping information)
