<B>Rare 1953 John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Lee Bouvier Wedding Invitation.</B></I> An intimate and historic artifact for the serious collector of Kennedy memorabilia. The lot includes the engraved invitation for the wedding itself: "Mr. And Mrs. Hugh Dudley Auchincloss Request the Honor of Your Presence at the Marriage of…Jacqueline Lee Bouvier to The Honorable John Fitzgerald Kennedy United States Senate…" and the engraved passes for both the wedding and reception that followed. Certainly not many of these passes would have survived as they would have surely been turned in by those guests that attended the wedding. Remarkably the original envelope has remained with the invitation and passes.
