Private Cover, 1891, 2 Annas (corrected over 1), rectangular postage not paid seal as “POSTAGE DUE | 1 ANNA” again crossed in pink as “2 ANNAS”, with text in Devanagari script, hand endorsed “2 as.” And “Bandanwara”, postal marks of “EXPERIMENTAL POST | 1 - 8 | MAR | 91, cancelled with 2 round postal marks of Nusserabad as “NUSSERABAD | 3 APR 91” & delayed seal as “NUSSERABAD | 2 AM | DELY̤ | APR 9”, and final delivery seal as “BANDANWARA | APR ??”, collector’s remarks found in pencil, black seal on the back used to secure envelope and to maintain the confidentiality of the letter, good condition, Rare.
